Online Art Director
Sundog is looking for a contemporary thinking idea person who can cut past time-worn and hackneyed approaches to advertising and marketing, and instead deliver fresh digital concepts, ideas, solutions and campaigns to our clients. You are right for this position if you firmly embrace the immense digital paradigm shift that is happening in marketing right now. Your portfolio of work includes samples of imaginative and resourceful thinking. You are the type of person who is acutely aware of all the latest nuances and trends of the digital world and wants to team with other talented, creative people to deliver great work that gets results.
This position would report to the Executive Vice President - Creative, but you would also be assuming lead creative responsibilities for major clients. Consequently, you need to be the type of person who is able and willing to build a relationship with clients and inspire trust in new solutions we present.

Responsibilities

- Serve as a valuable creative resource and advisor for our clients and our teams.
- As a Lead Creative, to serve as a trusted creative leader, strategist and liaison between clients, other Creatives, account services personnel, and additional Sundog teams.
- Deliver output that is consistent with brand goals and objectives.
- Deliver work on time that meets or exceeds the expectations of others.
- Perform the necessary archiving, record-keeping and administrative functions necessary for Sundog to accurately bill and support our creative efforts on behalf of our clients.
- Ensure that any creative materials output is delivered in a professional and consistent manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A portfolio of creative work that exemplifies differentiable talent.
- Considerable online experience.
- Working knowledge of Mac OS, Illustrator, Flash, Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects, QuickTime, Photoshop, After Effects, and ImageReady.
- A strong point of view, but the ability to work well with clients and other team members in developing creative content.
- The ability to work and interact in a high-energy environment that at times can be distracting, and still be able to deliver outstanding creative while meeting or exceeding billable goals.
- An outstanding work ethic that may at many times require substantially augmented efforts.
- Excellent computer skills and experience for appropriate creative talents.
- Ability to establish, contribute to, and maintain relationships with fellow employees, clients, contractors, vendors, and the leadership team.
- Ability to express ideas that win the support of others.
- Ability to deliver outstanding work that achieves goals and wins accolades from clients and peers alike.
- Degree preferred from traditional college, technical college, or other an art/design school.
