another example of how YouTube is taking over the internet—this time, the site playing a lead role in the development of a viral ad for McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets.
The search for pilot Steve Fossett, missing for more than two weeks after failing to return to a private airfield in southern Nevada, has now extended to the Web, thanks to satellite image analysis. Tens of thousands of virtual helpers have since joined forces to augment air and ground search efforts.
I have been a Simpsons fan for the majority of my life. I have seen nearly every episode and have bought every season on DVD the day each is released. So you can imagine how excited I was when the news came out that there would FINALLY be a Simpson movie. I watched every clip and trailer I could get my hands on and eagerly awaited the elaborate ad campaign and tie-ins that would surely usher in such an event. One of those tie-ins was with the online viral darling, Burger King, in the form of simpsonizeme.com.

Sony brand Bravia is at it again, and they’re in town taping the third commercial in a series of ads for their LCD televisions. Play-Doh bunnies selling TVs, you ask? If you know anything about Bravia’s ad campaign titled “Colour Like No Other,” the colorful rabbits shouldn’t come as a shock.
