Art Is A Gift

The character at right is a Qee. It is part of a great project and website called Art Is A Gift. You can have fun making your own Qee by visiting the site. Art Is A Gift is part of Free Arts Minnesota, a non-profit organization that uses the healing powers of art to help neglected, abused and at-risk children.
