What A Slacker
by
Every day you can see new products galore at Gizmodo and Engadget, but now and then something comes along that looks like it could be the next big thing: introducing Slacker.
It’s a wireless Internet music device that combines interactive webcasts, satellite radio, and MP3 playback in one sleek device. This could be an innovation show stealer even from the likes of Apple. It looks well thought out, and it employs many new features. Hmmm...what will radio ads look like on the Slacker screen? More on this new product at CNET.
It is expected to cost between $150 and $300 with the upper end device being able to store several gigabytes of music.
