Blogs: Four Choices for Companies

Those choices are ignore, listen, participate and lead. Unfortunately most companies so far have chosen to ignore and many times those that choose to at least listen don’t handle the situation the best (see Jeff Jarvis vs. Dell).

Blogs aren’t for every company or every situation, but have you ever considered where a blog may fit for your company?
