LiquiBase 0.8 Released
byLast June, Sundog released a software development tool (SDRT) that mitigates some of the risks introduced through evolutionary change within a database. Since that release, the tool has received several enhancements. The most obvious is its new name LiquiBase. Several other changes such as changelog preconditions, execution contexts, improved documentation and a bunch of bug fixes were packed into this 0.8 release. An upcoming 1.0 release will likely add Maven support and changelog rollback features as requested by many developers since the early access release.
Downloads and more detail on these enhancements are available at the new LiquiBase website www.liquibase.org.
