Score Another One for Steve Jobs

It started with just some popular ABC shows being offered, but now NBC has signed on and Apple will offer programming from 11 of that network’s shows at $1.99 each. There is more on the story and the shows here.

The $1.99 shows that are downloadable through the Apple iTunes store are offered the day after their original programming and are commercial free. Apple will be going up against AOL/Warner Brothers that is offering some free older programming, but it will be supported with required advertising viewing.
