Overview
We merged our competencies because we saw the way companies needed to connect with their customers was changing. No longer would business and brands be able to rely exclusively on expensive one-way, mass media ad campaigns that are challenging to measure for return on investment. Great creative alone was not enough to sustain effective efforts. Marketing is changing from telling and selling to building relationships through an exchange of ideas and information. To accomplish this, companies need the advantages of digital technology behind their marketing efforts to gather data, connect with customers, develop insight, and prove (and improve) results. That's why we developed technical solutions, digital innovations, and custom marketing analytics to work in conjunction with our campaigns to demonstrate the power and effectiveness of a company's efforts when marketing and technology, creativity and innovation are all combined.

- GL Ness acquires staff of Pro Video and starts Bankshot Productions

- GL Ness, Bankshot Productions and Sundog Interactive merge to form a holding company

- All three companies integrate under one company, one name: Sundog. Sundog hits #81 on Advertising Age's Top 100 Interactive Agencies list.
- 2006
- All Sundog team members move into one location occupying the first, second and sixth floors of the Multiband Building in Fargo, ND.
